This urethral dilator set of eight sounds ranges from diameters of 4mm to 11mm.  Made from 100% solid and medical grade stainless steel, our hegar dilators are the ideal material to ensure safety and effectiveness of urethral sounding. With a long stem and smooth finish, their design of each urethral dilator allows you to explore slowly and comfortably. The opposite end has a flat tip for easy grip and to avoid slipping.

Urethral sounding involves a stiff rod gently placed inside the urethra for pleasure and stimulation of the male prostrate.

CARE AND SAFE PRACTICES

We remind our players to play slowly and patiently with sounds. We recommed using a water based lube, always clean the urethra after play and clean and sterilize your sound before and after. You can clean your dialator with a mild soap and hot water and sterilize with rubbing alcohol on a cloth.
